For over fifteen years Facility Transition Services (FTS) has served as the service team for Alfred Williams & Company. However, in January, 2011 we established ourselves as a separate entity, a subsidiary company of Alfred Williams & Company.

Our Core Team is comprised of individuals with an average of over 15 years in the service industry. As this team we provide a complete service program to companies across the country:

Mike Kurak

Director

Mike Kurak began his career with Alfred Williams & Company in 1997 as a Project Manager for General Sales. He has held the position of Senior Project Manager since 2000, working on many large and complex service projects. As Operations Manager for FTS, Mike is responsible for the day to day operational needs of FTS. Mike is involved in all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, managing furniture assets and coordinating with other vendors. Mike’s attention to every detail ensures the customer is well satisfied with FTS.
