Project Design

FTS’ Project Design staff is experienced with all major industry manufacturers and their design capabilities include:

  • Providing inventory of existing furniture and equipment

  • Space Planning and creating As-built drawings and bill of materials

  • Supplying detailed installation drawings

  • Constructing move packages (includes to/from signage, existing and proposed plans)

  • Maintaining project completion drawings and updating as-built drawings

Warehousing

FTS provides warehouse services for receiving, processing and storing of product. As a part of our warehousing service we provide the following:

  • Checking for damages when product is received

  • Logging all product in our online system and tagging for accurate placement

  • Providing online access to daily activity reports.

Installation

FTS offers professional installation of FF&E (for any manufacturer, including medical equipment) and includes:

  • Staffing project with experienced installers/movers who are flexible and committed to excellent customer service

  • Providing appropriate manpower based on scope of project

  • Ensuring that all products, new and used, are installed, cleaned and ready for end user.

Relocation Services

FTS provides relocation services including, but not limited to office moves, hospital moves, equipment and warehouses. Our move capabilities also include:

  • Staffing all appropriate manpower, equipment, materials and building protection to meet project requirements

  • Providing on-site supervision to include walk through of origin and destination space

  • Conducting a post move desk

Decommission Services

FTS offers complete Decommission Services which include:

  • Removal of furniture and equipment and liquidation of assets

  • Electrical disconnect and cable removal

  • Document shredding and removal of trash

  • Turnover of space in “broom swept” condition.

Transportation Services

FTS offers local and long distance shipping for partial and full truck loads using expedited and specialized delivery.
